Dont Give UP!

I know for some of you , you will be like "im done with this" . Remember when you plan to stop , think back why you started it . Tbh , i too was fat and over weight before ... My self confidence was like way down the drain and people made fun of me because i cant even survive a 1.4km jog and when i go to the pool for swim..damn..that was the time i felt so embarrassed... I saw lots of hunks with good body and wished that was me . So after going back home from the swim , i went to google to find ways to get lean and build some muscles. All that was useless!! You know WHY?! Because if you dont get your ass to work!! Dont even dream to see results!!! Stop buying protein shake and supplements and hope miracles will happen like instantly. Train hard and you will earn your reward. :)

Big guys cutting down to lean

Cutting down and being lean is a tougher thing than to bulking because cutting down to being lean , you have to excercise self disciplne by doing cardio everyday for at least 30 minute and eat healthy. Eat more fruits too as it is beneficial for you and i sometime eat my fruits with strawberry yoghurt and it taste great . :)

Mentabolism

Im going write about mentabolism as a friend of mine , syahirah requested it. Different people have a different type of mentabolism , being it high or low. Low doesnt mean you cant be fit and high doesnt mean you cant be fat. For those who have a low mentabolism , excercise regurlalry like going for a jog or power walk. Eat lots of spicy foods to boost your mentabolism . What i always do when i eat grilled chicken is that i add blackk pepper to it and i always drink hot warm water before doing my excercise. Try giving it a try . Drink 1 glass of hot water and do 25 sets of pushup. For those who have a high mentabolism , use it and hit the gym and work those muscles because high mentabolism is temporary and might lower down if you stop excercising. ;)
